Built for business

A commercial slab has to carry forklifts, delivery trucks, and years of hard use without failing. That comes down to what happens below the surface.

We build commercial concrete the way it has to be built: an engineered sub-base compacted to spec, the right slab thickness and PSI for the loads you actually run, and a reinforcement plan drawn for the job rather than copied off a house driveway. Our partnership with Western Mobile Concrete gives us boom and line pump trucks, mobile mixing, and the equipment to place large commercial pours in a single day. That means fewer cold joints, faster turnarounds, and less disruption to your operation.

  • Engineered sub-base and 6 to 10 inch slabs for vehicle and equipment loads
  • 4,000 to 5,000 PSI mixes with rebar mat or macro-fiber reinforcement
  • Concrete pump and mobile mixing fleet for large single-day pours
  • Work sequenced around your hours to keep the business running

Transparent pricing

What does commercial concrete cost in Las Vegas?

Commercial pricing depends on slab thickness, PSI, reinforcement, and site access far more than a residential job. These are typical Las Vegas Valley ranges. A site walk and a set of plans are the only way to a firm number.

Commercial flatwork & lots

Reinforced commercial flatwork and parking areas generally run $10 to $14 per square foot for a 6-inch, rebar-reinforced slab, depending on traffic loads and sub-base work.

Industrial & warehouse floors

Heavy-duty interior floors with thicker slabs, hardeners, and tight flatness typically run $13 to $18 per square foot.

Structural & tilt-up

Tilt-up wall panels run roughly $14 to $32 per square foot of panel depending on thickness, insulation, and finish. Footings and structural work are priced per plan.

How it works

Our commercial concrete process

1. Plans & site walk

We review your plans or scope, walk the site, check soil and drainage, and confirm loads so the slab is engineered for real use, not guessed.

2. Permits & coordination

We pull the required permits and coordinate pour dates with your GC, engineer, and the local building department and inspector.

3. Sub-base & grade

We excavate, import and compact road base to 95% Proctor, set grade for drainage, and lay vapor barrier where interior slabs call for it.

4. Forms & reinforcement

Steel or lumber forms, rebar mats or macro-fiber, dowels at construction joints, and blockouts are placed and inspected before the pour.

5. Pour, place & finish

Pump or direct-discharge placement, laser or wet screed, then the finish the spec calls for: broom, hard trowel, or a dry-shake hardened surface.

6. Joints, cure & seal

Saw-cut control joints on time, cure per ACI, and apply hardeners or sealers so the slab gains strength and resists wear.

Commercial Concrete Contractors FAQ

Do you do commercial and industrial concrete, not just residential?

Yes. Alongside residential driveways and patios, we self-perform commercial and industrial concrete across the Las Vegas Valley: parking lots, warehouse and industrial floors, loading docks, curb and gutter, ADA work, and tilt-up panels. Our pump and mobile-mix fleet through Western Mobile Concrete lets us place large commercial pours efficiently.

How much does commercial concrete cost in Las Vegas?

Reinforced commercial flatwork and lots typically run $10 to $14 per square foot, heavy-duty industrial floors $13 to $18, and tilt-up wall panels roughly $14 to $32 per square foot of panel. Slab thickness, PSI, reinforcement, flatness spec, and site access drive the number. We price from your plans and a site walk so the estimate reflects the real job.

What PSI concrete do you use for commercial slabs?

Most commercial flatwork and industrial floors use a 4,000 to 5,000 PSI mix, often with a rebar mat or macro-fiber reinforcement and, on industrial floors, a dry-shake surface hardener. The exact mix design comes from the structural drawings and the loads the slab has to carry.

Can you keep our business open while you pour?

In most cases, yes. We phase commercial work so a parking lot stays partly open or a warehouse keeps shipping from another bay while we pour in sections. We also schedule around your hours, including nights and weekends where the site allows, to limit downtime.

Do you work with general contractors and property managers?

Regularly. We work as a concrete sub for GCs on ground-up and tenant-improvement projects, and directly for property managers and facility owners on repairs, replacements, and additions. We coordinate with your engineer and inspector and carry the insurance commercial jobs require.

Do commercial concrete projects need permits in Las Vegas?

Most do. New lots, structural slabs, retaining and tilt-up walls, and right-of-way work through Clark County or the City of Las Vegas require permits and inspections. We pull the permits and schedule the sub-grade, reinforcement, and pre-pour inspections as part of the job. See our Las Vegas concrete permit guide for an overview.

How thick should a commercial concrete slab be?

It depends on the load. Standard commercial flatwork and lots are usually 6 inches over a compacted base, while industrial floors carrying forklifts and racking often run 8 to 10 inches with a heavier reinforcement mat. The structural engineer sets the thickness; we build to those numbers.

How fast can you turn around a commercial pour?

With our pump and mobile-mix fleet we can place large commercial pours in a single day and keep the schedule tight. Sub-base prep, forming, and reinforcement come first, then curing time before the slab carries traffic. We give you a realistic sequence and dates during the estimate.
