We level concrete two ways and recommend the right one for your slab. Leveling only makes sense when the slab itself is still sound, so the first thing we do is tell you the truth about yours. If the concrete is cracked into pieces, badly spalled, or failed, we say so and price a replacement instead of selling you a lift that will not last. Our concrete leveling process
1. Inspect & diagnose
We look at the settled slab, find the voids, and check what caused the sinking, whether that is soil washout, poor compaction, or drainage running the wrong way, so the fix addresses the cause.
2. Recommend method
We recommend polyurethane foam or mudjacking based on the slab, the soil, and how much lift is needed, and we tell you honestly if the slab is too far gone to save.
3. Drill injection ports
We drill small, evenly spaced ports, 5/8-inch for foam or larger for mudjacking, positioned to lift the slab evenly without cracking it.
4. Inject & lift
We pump foam or cement slurry under the slab, filling the void and raising the concrete back to grade in controlled stages while we monitor the lift.
5. Verify grade & drainage
We check that the slab is level and that water now drains away from the structure, adjusting the lift until the grade is right.
6. Patch & finish
We fill the injection holes and clean up, so the slab is back in service the same day with foam and shortly after with mudjacking.

Why did my driveway or patio sink in the first place?
In the Las Vegas Valley it is usually soil washout or poor compaction under the slab. Irrigation, roof runoff, or a plumbing leak can erode the soil, and desert soils that were not compacted well settle over time. That is why we find and address the cause, not just the symptom, so the slab does not sink again after we lift it.
Will the injection holes be visible after leveling?
Barely. Foam uses 5/8-inch holes and mudjacking uses somewhat larger ones, and we patch them with a color-matched grout when the lift is done. On a driveway or walkway the patched holes blend into the surface and are easy to miss. It is a world away from the seams and color mismatch of a replacement slab.
Can you level a slab that has some cracks?
Often yes. A slab with a few cracks can usually still be lifted, and leveling can even close some cracks by removing the void that caused them. But a slab broken into multiple loose pieces or badly spalled is past saving, and we will tell you when replacement is the smarter spend rather than lifting something that will not hold.
Do you need a permit to level concrete in Las Vegas?
