Accessible routes are not optional. A ramp that is too steep, a walk with the wrong cross slope, or a missing warning pad is both a safety problem and a compliance liability.
We pour commercial sidewalks and accessible routes to the slope, width, and clearance the ADA standards require, with curb ramps built to the correct running and cross slopes and detectable-warning pads set where the code calls for them. Landings, transitions, and gutter counter-slopes are formed to grade so a wheelchair rolls the route without hitting a lip or a steep pitch. The finish gives traction without being rough, and the work is documented so you can show it was built to standard.
- Sidewalks and routes poured to ADA slope and width
- Curb ramps to correct running and cross slope
- Detectable-warning (truncated dome) pads where required
- Landings and transitions formed to grade

What do ADA sidewalks and ramps cost in Las Vegas?
Accessible walks and ramps are priced by area and by the complexity of the grade work and warning pads. These are typical ranges; a site walk confirms the scope.
Commercial sidewalks
Standard 4-inch reinforced commercial walkway concrete is priced per square foot and depends on width, length, and demolition.
ADA curb ramps
Curb ramps with detectable-warning pads take precise grade work and are priced per ramp based on the transition and warning-pad requirements.
Repair & compliance upgrades
Regrading non-compliant walks, replacing failed sections, and adding warning pads are quoted after we assess the existing route.

Accessible concrete work we handle
Commercial Sidewalks
New and replacement walkways along storefronts, lots, and campuses, poured to width and grade.
ADA Curb Ramps
Accessible curb ramps built to the running and cross slopes the standard requires.
Detectable-Warning Pads
Truncated-dome pads set at ramps and transitions for the visually impaired.
Landings & Transitions
Level landings and smooth transitions so the route stays within slope limits.
Compliance Upgrades
Regrading and rebuilding routes that no longer meet ADA slope or clearance.
Cross-Slope & Drainage
Walks formed so cross slope stays in range and water still drains off the route.
Accessible routes done to the standard
Getting an accessible route right is precise work: the running slope, the cross slope, the landing size, and the warning pads all have limits, and being close is not the same as compliant. We form and pour to those numbers, check the slopes as we go, and finish with traction so the route is safe. That protects the people using it and protects you from the liability of a route that does not measure up.
- Slopes formed and checked to ADA limits
- Detectable-warning pads placed where code requires
- Traction finish that is grippy but not rough
- Documented work you can show meets the standard

Our commercial concrete process
1. Route & grade review
We assess the accessible route, shoot grades, and identify where slope, width, or warning pads fall short of the standard.
2. Permits & demo
We pull permits where required and remove the non-compliant or failed sections down to a workable base.
3. Base & forms
We compact the base and set forms to the running slope, cross slope, and landing dimensions the standard requires.
4. Pour & slope check
Concrete is placed and screeded, and we verify the slopes are within limits before the surface sets.
5. Warning pads & finish
Detectable-warning pads are set at ramps and transitions, and the surface is finished for traction.
6. Cure & document
The route cures, joints are cut, and the completed slopes and pads are documented for your records.

We had Centurion Concrete pour a new driveway at our Las Vegas home and they did excellent work. The crew was on time every day and the finished product looks fantastic. It has been six months now and still holding up perfectly in the heat. Definitely recommend them for any concrete work.

ADA Sidewalks and Ramps FAQ
What slope does an ADA ramp require?
The ADA standards limit ramp running slope and cross slope, and require level landings at the top and bottom. Curb ramps and the flares beside them have their own limits. Being close is not compliant, so we form and pour to those numbers and check the slopes as we go rather than guessing.
What are the truncated domes on curb ramps?
Those are detectable-warning pads. The raised truncated domes signal the edge of a pedestrian route to people who are visually impaired, and the standard requires them at curb ramps and certain transitions. We set the pads in the correct location and color contrast as part of the ramp.
How much do ADA sidewalks and ramps cost in Las Vegas?
Commercial sidewalk concrete is priced per square foot by width, length, and demolition, and curb ramps are priced per ramp because of the precise grade work and warning pads. Regrading a non-compliant route or adding warning pads is quoted after we assess the existing conditions. A site walk gives you a firm scope and number.
Our sidewalks are not ADA compliant. Can you fix them?
Yes. We assess the route, identify where the slope, width, landings, or warning pads fall short, and rebuild those sections to the standard. Often we can correct the specific non-compliant areas rather than replacing the entire route, which keeps the cost down.
Why does cross slope matter on a sidewalk?
Too much cross slope makes a walk hard and unsafe to use for someone in a wheelchair, and the standard limits it. At the same time the walk still has to drain. We form the walk so the cross slope stays within the allowed range while water still runs off, which takes careful grade work.
Do you handle commercial sidewalks along our storefront?
Yes. We pour and replace commercial walkways along storefronts, lots, and campuses to the right width and grade, tie them into existing walks and ramps, and finish them for traction and appearance.
Do accessible route projects need permits?
Work in the right-of-way and changes to accessible routes generally require permits and inspections through the local jurisdiction. We pull the permits and coordinate the inspections, and we document the finished slopes and pads so you have a record that the route was built to standard.
How long before the new walk or ramp can be used?
Concrete gains most of its strength in the first week. We keep foot traffic off a fresh walk or ramp until it has set enough to take use, usually a couple of days for light traffic, and give you the timeline for your specific pour.
