Curb and gutter is what keeps water moving to the inlets and off your pavement. Done wrong, it ponds, undercuts the lot, and fails early.
We form and pour curb and gutter to line and grade so water runs where it should, whether that is standard curb and gutter along a drive lane, a ribbon curb around an island, or a valley gutter carrying flow across a lot. Machine-consistent profiles, proper joint spacing, and a base compacted under the curb are what keep it from cracking and settling. We tie new curb into existing gutter and inlets cleanly so the drainage system works as one.
- Curb and gutter formed to line and grade for drainage
- Standard, roll, and ribbon curb profiles
- Valley gutters and cross-lot drainage
- Clean tie-ins to existing gutter, inlets, and pavement

What does curb and gutter cost in Las Vegas?
Curb and gutter is generally priced by the linear foot, and the number depends on the profile, the amount of demolition, and how much grading and base work the run needs.
Standard curb & gutter
Priced per linear foot; straightforward runs on a prepared base are the most economical.
Valley gutters & specialty profiles
Valley gutters, ribbon curb, and tight-radius island work take more forming and are priced accordingly.
Removal & replacement
Breaking out and hauling failed curb before re-pouring is quoted as a separate line item.

Curb that holds line and moves water
Curb and gutter looks simple and fails fast when the base is skipped or the grade is off. We compact under every run, form to line and grade, and space joints so the curb cracks where it should and not randomly. The payoff is drainage that works, drive lanes that stay defined, and curb that does not crumble at the first hard summer.
- Compacted base under every run of curb
- Formed to line and grade for real drainage
- Consistent profiles and correct joint spacing
- Clean tie-ins to existing drainage structures

Our commercial concrete process
1. Grade & layout
We shoot grades and lay out the curb line so the run drains to the inlets and fits the drive and island pattern.
2. Demo where needed
Failed or conflicting curb is removed and hauled off, and the base underneath is corrected.
3. Base prep
We compact the sub-base under the curb line so it does not settle and crack after the pour.
4. Form to line & grade
Curb and gutter forms are set to the surveyed line and grade, with radii formed for islands and returns.
5. Pour & finish
Concrete is placed, shaped to the profile, and finished with proper joint spacing.
6. Cure & tie-in
The curb cures, joints are detailed, and the run is tied cleanly into existing gutter, inlets, and pavement.

Concrete Curb and Gutter FAQ
How much does curb and gutter cost in Las Vegas?
Curb and gutter is usually priced by the linear foot, and the rate depends on the profile, the amount of demolition, and how much grading and base work the run needs. Straightforward runs on a prepared base are the most economical; valley gutters and tight-radius island work cost more. We price from the plans or a site walk.
What is the difference between curb and gutter and just curb?
A curb is the raised edge; curb and gutter combines that raised edge with a flat gutter pan that carries water along the base of the curb to the inlets. Most commercial drainage uses curb and gutter so water is channeled and moved off the pavement rather than just blocked.
What is a valley gutter?
A valley gutter is a shallow concrete channel that carries water across a drive lane or lot to an inlet or catch basin. It is used where water has to cross traffic areas to reach drainage, and it is formed to a precise grade so it drains without ponding.
Can you tie new curb into our existing drainage?
Yes. We match line and grade to your existing gutter, inlets, and pavement and detail the tie-in so water flows continuously through the system. Clean tie-ins are what keep a repair or addition from creating a new low spot.
Why is our curb cracking and crumbling?
Curb fails when the base under it was not compacted, when joints were spaced wrong, or when a weak mix was used. We fix it by removing the failed sections, compacting the base, and re-pouring to line and grade with correct joint spacing so it holds up.
Do you pour roll or mountable curb?
Yes. Where vehicles need to drive across the curb, such as at driveway aprons and some island edges, we form and pour roll or mountable curb to a consistent, drivable profile rather than a vertical face.
Do curb and gutter projects need permits?
Work in the public right-of-way and changes to site drainage generally require permits and inspections through Clark County or the City of Las Vegas. We pull the permits and coordinate inspections as part of the job.
How long does curb and gutter take to cure before use?
Curb gains most of its strength in the first week. We keep traffic off fresh curb until it has set enough to take contact, and give you the timeline for your run based on the mix and weather.
